With five minutes remaining in the game Scotland full back Stuart Hogg found himself in acres of space on the wing and looked like he had a walk-in try, but Heaslip had other ideas.
Ireland’s number 8 somehow managed to knock the ball loose from Hogg’s grasp at the very last second to prevent a certain score.
If Hogg had scored and the try had been converted, it may have left Ireland behind England in the standing at the end of the night by one point - meaning the trophy would have been lifted in Twickenham.
