The Ireland Under-20 team has been named for their final fixture of the Under-20 RBS Six Nations Championship where they take on England in Adams Park on Friday.
Mike Ruddock has made three changes to the side which defeated Scotland 27-0 last weekend in Athlone.
Loosehead prop Des Merrey starts his first game of the championship having been used as a replacement in each of the previous four games. Kyle McCall moves to tighthead with Niall Scannell named at hooker having missed the previous game through injury.
