South African prop Trevor Nyakane out of third test decider against Ireland

Trevor Nyakane has been forced to withdraw from the South Africa squad to face Ireland in the third Test at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.

The Springbok prop suffered an ankle injury in Saturday's 32-26 victory in Johannesburg and although X-rays ruled out a fracture, there is heavy swelling.

Nyakane joins Duane Vermeulen and Lood de Jager on the treatment table as they nurse elbow and calf injuries respectively.

South Africa are expected to name Nyakane's replacement later this week.
