Ireland prop Mike Ross has said he is delighted that Rory Best is fit enough to start tomorrow's World cup quarter-final with Wales in Wellington.
The Ulster hooker came through the final training session this morning and will take his place in the middle of the front row.
Leinster forward Ross said Best is good in the scrum.
Ross said: "He is a tremendous scrummager, I think he started out life as a loosehead prop so he has brought that aspect to it. He is very experienced, he has captained Ulster for a number of seasons and he is a very key member of the side.
"I am glad he came through the injury and is back in the side. We've got Shaun Cronin waiting in the wings, a very good player too, so we are well backed up in that and we have got Damien Varley there if we need him."
