McLaughlin names strong squad for European decider

Ulster Coach Brian McLaughlin has named a squad of 31 players from which he will choose his starting XV and replacements for this Saturday's Heineken Cup Final against Leinster at Twickenham (kick-off 5pm).

With no fresh injuries ruling players out, McLauhglin has named a full strength squad and will be relieved he can call upon Chris Henry again after the flanker missed the semi-final against Edinburgh.

Both Ian Humphreys and Paddy Jackson will be eyeing the number 10 jersey after Jackson was preferred for the Edinburgh clash.

The Ulster starting XV and replacements will be named on Friday.

Forwards: Tom Court, Declan Fitzpatrick, Callum Black, John Afoa, Adam Macklin, Paddy McAllister, Rory Best, Nigel Brady, Johann Muller, Lewis Stevenson, Dan Tuohy, Iain Henderson, Chris Henry, Stephen Ferris, Willie Faloon, Michael McComish, Pedrie Wannenburg.

Backs: Ian Porter, Paul Marshall, Ruan Pienaar, Ian Humphreys, Paddy Jackson, Nevin Spence, Ian Whitten, Darren Cave, Paddy Wallace, Luke Marshall, Craig Gilroy, Andrew Trimble, Adam D’Arcy, Stefan Terblanche.

Not available due to injury: Jared Payne, Tim Barker, Simon Danielli, Robbie Diack, Neil McComb, Andi Kyriacou

We will be covering the event live with our blog on the day with match commentary, banter, photos and craic. If you want to supplement your Heineken Cup experience, join in from 4pm.
