A foursome of Leinster rugby players made Christmas come early for 30 children from three Irish charities today.

Groups of children from Heart Children Ireland, Blackrock Flyers Special Olympics Club and Ireland’s Children Hospice were invited to a Christmas party at the Conrad Hotel in Dublin.

There they got to meet some of their heroes from the Leinster rugby team - as well as Santa of course.

Dave Kearney, Jack Conan, Cian Healy and Ian Madigan were all in attendance.

The youngsters were treated to a fun-filled afternoon afternoon with the players before going home with Chstmas pressies.
