Munster head coach Anthony Foley has made four changes to the side that were beaten at home last weekend by Clermont as the province head to France for the return fixture on Sunday.

The most eye-catching change is the midfield partnership. After a week of rumours about the player being bound for Northampton, Foley has selected JJ Hanrahan to start at 12. Andrew Smith will play outside him at 13.

Elsewhere John Ryan comes into the pack to replace the injured Dave Kilcoyne.

The final change is John Ryan named on the wing in place of Gerhard van den Heever, also injured.

Munster team in full: Felix Jones; Andrew Conway, Andrew Smith, JJ Hanrahan, Simon Zebo; Ian Keatley, Conor Murray; John Ryan, Duncan Casey, BJ Botha; Dave Foley, Paul O'Connell; Peter O'Mahony Capt., Tommy O'Donnell, CJ Stander.

Replacements: Kevin O'Byrne, Eusebio Guinazu, Stephen Archer, Billy Holland, Robin Copeland, Duncan Williams, Denis Hurley, Johne Murphy.
