Rovers count cost of suspensions

Shamrock Rovers will be looking to bounce straight back from their defeat to Sligo Rovers on Friday night as they take on St Patrick's Athletic at Richmond Park tonight, kick-off 8pm.
Rovers finished the game with nine men in the defeat to Sligo after conceding two late goals to lose 2-1.
Dean Kelly (groin), Conor McCormack (knee) and Ken Oman (knee) remain out injured for the Hoops, while Gary Twigg (calf) and Ryan Thompson (head injury) are doubts.
Pat Sullivan and Pat Flynn are both suspended after getting sent off in Tallaght on Friday night.
Rovers boss Michael O’Neill said: “It’s good for us to have another big game. It’ll be a chance for us to re-focus and concentrate on getting back to winning ways.
“The three points would obviously be the main thing for us, but it would also be good to get a win ahead of Thursday’s Europa League game.”
St Pat’s have scored 14 goals in their previous four league games but did not score in their three previous league games against Shamrock Rovers this season.
David McMillan is ruled out for Saints as he has a hamstring strain, although Derek Doyle should be fit to play after recovering from a calf strain.
St Pat’s boss Pete Mahon: "This is now our biggest game of the season and we know that if we win we will go level with Rovers which is great at this stage of the year. Our main aim over the past few weeks has been to break into the top three and despite our good form we haven't been able to do that.”
The game is live on Setanta television and the home side know a win will put them right back in the race for the title.
