Irish jockey Aidan Coleman wore a camera while riding in the Topham Chase at Aintree and recorded incredible footage from the race.
Coleman and his mount Bennys Mist were approaching a fence when a riderless horse ran across their path.
The footage captured the drama and chaos of a fall as Coleman was flung into the fence with horses jumping all around him.
The jockey stayed put in the jump with horses seen leaping over him, until bystanders told him it was safe to get up. Thankfully, both he and the horse walked away uninjured.
Coleman’s care and concern for Bennys Mist was evident - he went over to soothe his mount as soon as he could.
“Hey boy, sorry about that - it’s not too bad is it? Good boy.”
