Lynch targets return

Andrew Lynch hopes to be back in action before the end of the month.

The jump jockey broke his leg in a fall at Cork in May and is pleased with his recovery.

“I’ve been doing a lot of swimming and a lot of cycling,” Lynch told At The Races.

“I was with my specialist a week on Wednesday and he was very happy with me.

“It’s coming along well and hopefully I’ll be back in two weeks’ time.

“It’s taken a little bit longer than I would have thought but the specialist seems happy.

“Being realistic it will be a week or two after Listowel.

“It’s been frustrating, but I’m looking forward to getting back.”
