QPR manager Harry Redknapp has handed debuts to Mauricio Isla and Leroy Fer as he returns to Tottenham for the first time since his 2012 sacking.
Isla, a loan signing from Juventus, starts in place of Danny Simpson with Fer brought into a three-man midfield alongside Joey Barton and Jordon Mutch.
Matt Phillips is also recalled, named as Loic Remy’s strike partner with Charlie Austin missing through injury.
Spurs head coach Mauricio Pochettino has made seven changes to the team which won 2-1 in their Europa League play-off in Limassol as Younes Kaboul, Danny Rose, Etienne Capoue and Nacer Chadli were all brought in along with attacking trio Christian Eriksen, Erik Lamela and Emmanuel Adebayor.

Hull manager Steve Bruce has rung the changes once again for his side’s first home match of the Barclays Premier League season against Stoke.
Having changed nine of his starting XI for the midweek Europa League defeat in Lokeren, he has made another eight alterations at the KC Stadium, with only Allan McGregor, Paul McShane and James Chester retained.
Stoke have recalled Peter Odemwingie, who sat out the season opener against Aston Villa, but loan signing Victor Moses does not make the squad.
