Shels face Bray for second time in a week

Shelbourne host Bray Wanderers at Tolka Park for the first time since 2006 tonight (8pm) with both sides looking to end a brief winless streak.

Shels have drawn two and lost one of their last three league games while Bray have one draw and two defeats in the same time period.

Wanderers produced an extra-time victory over the Reds as recently as last Monday when the sides met in the EA SPORTS Cup Second Round.

Shelbourne suffered two long-term injuries in that tie with Lorcan Fitzgerald picking up a dislocated shoulder and Stephen Hurley breaking a number of ribs and a puncturing a lung.

Bray are without injured pair Shane O'Connor (groin) and Stephen Brennan (hamstring). Dane Massey returns from suspension while veteran midfielder Colm Tresson is added to the squad.

Bray Wanderers Director of Football Pat Devlin said tonight's game will be "totally different".

"I think you will see two totally different squads, but we know what to expect and its all to play for," Devlin said.

"It could go either way. I'm looking forward to it".
