Laura Crowe was the first to cross the finish line in today's Evening Echo Women's Mini Marathon.
The Riocht Athletics Club runner finished ahead of Leevale's Michelle Finn in second.
Thousands of runners took part in the annual road race with the finish line at Kennedy Park.
: The Evening Echo Women's Mini Marathon got underway this afternoon.
The race features runners of all ages and abilities, with some running with their athletics clubs, other for fun and more running the race for charity.
Dan Linehan was at the start line to capture the action.
The race starts at the city end of Centre Park Road and heads through The Marina, Blackrock Village, Ballintemple, Maryville, Monahan Road before finishing in Kennedy Park.
