Cleveland Brown’s Spencer Lanning proved himself a very good sport by joking about the full force kick in the face he received during their first game of the NFL season.
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown appeared to be trying to leap over Lanning with ball in hand, but found himself unable to make it. Instead he karate kicked the Brown punter directly in the face.
Unsurprisingly the move was punished with a penalty, but the Steelers still went on to win the game 30-27.
Lanning was unbothered by the kick, saying afterwards that he took it as a compliment. He since tweeted a picture of the incident captioned, “when did this happen?”
Wait, wait, wait...
