Michael Conlan will face Argentine opponent on return to Madison Square Garden

Michael Conlan will return to the scene of his professional debut in December.

The 2012 Olympic bronze medallist will go up against Argentine Luis Fernando Molina at the Theater at Madison Square Garden.

The bout will take place on December 9, and will see Conlan aiming to end 2017 with a perfect record of five wins and no losses.

The Belfast super bantamweight beat his first three opponents, Tim Ibarra, Alfredo Chanez and Jarrett Owen, in third-round TKOs.

His most recent outing ended with a second-round knockout of Kenny Guzman last month.
