British boxer Amir Khan is to donate a pair of 24-carat gold threaded shorts, valued at £25-30k, to the school in Pakistan where 141 people were killed in a terrorist attack on Tuesday.
Khan wore the shorts in the ring last weekend, when he defeated American boxer Devon Alexander in a unanimous points victory in Las Vegas.
Khan, an Olympic silver medallist and a former WBA World Champion, had received a lot of attention in the build-up to the fight because of the expensive sportswear.
