Irish referee Damien MacGraith will be one of the officials at the UEFA Super Cup Final between Barcelona and Sevilla in Tbilisi next month.

The 34-year-old from Mayo has previously officiated in UEFA Champions League, World Cup qualifiers, UEFA Euro 2016 qualifiers and the 2011 UEFA U21 Championships Final between Switzerland and Spain in Denmark.

FAI Referee Nation coordinator John Ward offered his congratulations to MacGraith.
"This is a fantastic achievement for Damien and well deserved following his consistently high level of performance at UEFA competition matches throughout season 2014-2015," he said.
The Irishman will be first assistant to Scottish referee Willie Collum when the two La Liga teams meet on August 11.
