Pitcher Mike Marin dived in after his teammates collided trying to catch a ball.
The Los Angeles Angels played the Houston Astros yesterday and Angels catcher Hank Conger had to backpedal frantically to try and catch a popup ball – which would immediately eliminate the batter.
Unfortunately he didn't see first baseman CJ Cron also running forward to catch it.
Conger had just got his glove under the baseball when the two collided and sent the ball airborne again.
But Angels teammate Morin was to hand and showed an impressive reaction speed to make an almost impossible diving catch before the ball could hit the ground.
Conger and Cron were unhurt and the Angels went on to win the match 6-1.
We can't decide if this beats cricketer Trent Boult's boundary line double catch from earlier.
