O’Connor set to remain on as Kerry football manager
04/10/2005 - 13:20:54Jack O'Connor is set to remain on as Kerry football manager for another season despite speculation that he would step aside after losing the All-Ireland final to Tyrone.
O'Connor has intimated to the county board that he wants another year in charge of the Kingdom.
Meanwhile, Martin McElkennon has been appointed to a two-year term as manager of the Cavan senior and under-21 teams, with Damien Cassidy as his assistant.
