Keane makes Celtic debut

02/02/2010 - 19:38:41
Robbie Keane was thrown straight into the action for Celtic as Tony Mowbray went for all-out attack in tonight’s SPL game at Kilmarnock.

On-loan Tottenham striker Keane – who was treated to a hero’s welcome by thousands of delirious Hoops fans after signing last night – was joined in the starting XI by fellow new boy Diomansy Kamara, while the fit-again Glenn Loovens and Lee Naylor were recalled.

Scott Brown was also on the bench following the ankle injury that has sidelined him for more than three months.

Killie handed a debut to new loan signing Chris Maguire, while Tim Clancy made his first appearance since September.
