It has been confirmed that Ireland defender Ciaran Clarke will not travel with the rest of the squad to the USA.

The Aston Villa defender has a knee injury.

Jon Walters has a virus and won't travel now, but may go over after the Costa Rica game meaning he could face Portugal in New Jersey.
