Hamann back in contention
24/11/2006 - 09:50:09Dietmar Hamann returns to Manchester City’s squad for the trip to former club Liverpool.
Hamann has finally recovered from a thigh injury that has kept him out for over a month, although the best the German can probably hope for is a place on the bench.
Trevor Sinclair (knee) and DaMarcus Beasley (ankle) are both missing, while Sun Jihai has been sent to Germany to try and find a solution to the hamstring strain that has sidelined him all season.
