Martin Kaymer is the latest German to want to celebrate his country’s World Cup win.
As we reported yesterday Formula 1 driver Nico Rosberg ran into problems with FIFA when he put a picture of the World Cup on his helmet.
He eventually compromised on four stars on the helmet - one for each German World Cup victory.
Kaymer obviously learned from Rosberg’s mistake, and stuck to a similar four stars on his playing shirt at today’s Open.
Anyone else notice the four stars on @MKaymer59's shirt today? Nice little nod to Germany's World Cup victory. pic.twitter.com/qJJuWQH0wt
