WATCH: Sky made a monumental error during their All-Ireland match report

There are mistakes and then there are out-and-out howlers - and this slip of the tongue from Sky Sports presenter Clare Tomlinson falls into the latter category.

Tomlinson was updating viewers about the outcome of yesterday’s All-Ireland final and she accurately reported that it was a day of “high drama in Croke Park”.

Less accurately, she referred to it as the All-England final.

Oh dear.

To add insult to injury, this isn't the first time a Sky Sports presenter has done this - we had a reference to All-England Champions Dublin last year too.

C’mon folks, if you want us to take Sky’s GAA coverage seriously, you’re going to have to get the basics right.
