GAA lovers around the country nodded sagely at a man with the sense to realise that a county jersey fits ANY dress code.
Turns out that the man pictured was no hipster jumping on the All-Ireland bandwagon, but a long-standing Kerry supporter.
Radio Kerry tracked him for an interview.
The Kerry fan is Clayton James, a personal trainer who has links with Dingle and has been visiting the Kerry town for the last 25 years. He even bought the jersey in Garvey’s shop in Dingle on a visit.
This video proves his GAA credentials.
Recorded in Dick Mack’s pub during the New Year celebrations, it shows James doing his version of Kieran Donaghy's infamous, “whaddya think of that Joe Brolly?!” moment.
Which as you can imagine, went down a treat with the locals.
