Tipperary has received a boost ahead of their Allianz League semi-final against Waterford at the weekend, with the news that Seamus Callanan has been cleared to play.
Callanan was unavailable for selection after being sent off during their quarter-final clash with Offaly, but the GAA Central Appeals Committee last night overturned the red card.
