Lar Corbett has become the latest Tipperary hurler to step away from inter-county action.
Corbett, GPA Hurler of the Year in 2010, said in a statement: “I have decided that now is the time to announce my retirement.
“It was a huge honour for me to play with Tipperary and I have many great memories and friendships from my time on the panel.”

Corbett previously retired in February 2012, but returned to the panel three months later.
The Thurles Sarsfields club man won two All-Ireland titles with Tipperary, in 2001 and 2010, and was an All Star three years in a row from 2009 - 2011.
He will always be remembered particularly for his hat-trick heroics against Kilkenny in the 2010 All-Ireland final - denying the Cats in their drive for five wins in a row.
