Elsewhere Peter Crowley comes into the defence in place of Aidan O’Mahony, and Johnny Buckley returns to the half forward line in place of Bryan Sheehan.

Pa Kilkenny and Alan Fitzgerald are included in the substitutes panel in place of the injured Michael Geaney and Jack Sherwood.
