Former Cats star Delaney resumes career
20/07/2005 - 11:08:48PJ Delaney, a 1993 All-Ireland winner with Kilkenny, has received the all-clear from doctors to restart his hurling career.
Delaney sustained horrific head injuries in a nightclub assault six years ago. He lined out for his club Fenians in two recent junior games.
Delaney scored a clinching goal in Kilkenny's All-Ireland final victory over Galway in 1993.
