FAI to run four-tier league system from next season
30/06/2006 - 09:12:09The eircom League clubs have voted to merge with the FAI and accept fundamental changes to the way the game is run in Ireland.
A new four-tier league will now be run by the Football Association from next season onwards.
The proposed changes include an increase in prize-fund investment.
