Goals from Faz Kuduzovic and Billy Dennehy saw Cork leapfrog Derry into third place and the Europe League qualification spot.

Kuduzovic struck for the opening goal on 18 minutes when slotting home a penalty after Guntars Silagailis had been fouled inside the area.

Dennehy added the second seven minutes later when heading home Kuduzovic’s cross.
