Derry aim to maintain winning streak
08/04/2005 - 08:24:10Derry City will be aiming to maintain their 100% winning start to the season when they face League champions Shelbourne at the Brandywell tonight.
Having won their two games to date against Drogheda United and Bohemians without conceding a goal, Derry now face their first home game of the season which will put their title credentials on the line.
Left back Sean Hargan (foot) is a slight doubt though Stephen O’Flynn, Kevin Deery and Barry Molloy remain on the injured list.
Shelbourne travel north without Richie Baker (suspended) and Alan Moore (calf) though Joseph Ndo, Bobby Ryan and Glen Fitzpatrick have been added to the squad after overcoming injuries.
