Davies shrugs off knee injury
17/03/2006 - 14:04:08Defender Andrew Davies is included in the Middlesbrough squad for tomorrow’s Barclays Premiership match at Blackburn despite limping off at half-time against Roma on Wednesday.
Davies, the club’s only fit right-back, picked up a knee problem at the Olympic Stadium, but he was able to train today.
James Morrison (hip) and Fabio Rochemback (ankle) return after injury, but Stuart Parnaby (hamstring) and Tony McMahon (knee ligaments) are out, while Malcolm Christie continues his fight for match fitness.
