BHA panel to discuss Delegator urine sample
24/11/2009 - 20:27:23An inquiry will be held by the British Horseracing Authority disciplinary panel tomorrow into a prohibited substance found in a urine sample taken from Delegator.
The controversy emerged after his victory in the Celebration Mile at Goodwood on August 29.
