Allardyce charged by FA

West Ham manager Sam Allardyce has been charged with misconduct over comments made to the media following the FA Cup third round replay against Manchester United, the Football Association has announced.

In a statement, the FA said Allardyce has until Wednesday 23 January to respond to the charge.
