All over for White as Stephens eases through
25/04/2005 - 15:25:38Jimmy White's World Championship is over for another year as he bowed out to Matthew Stephens at the Crucible this afternoon.
Six-time runner-up White who turns 43 next month, was trailing 12-4 and just one frame from defeat coming into today's session.
He managed to win the first frame - with his first half century break of the match - to trail 12-5 before Welshman Stephens clinched the match in the next frame.
