Get rid of Cheryl, get rid of Simon, we’d even trade in Olly Murs - just not this guy.
Peter Dickson is leaving the X Factor after 11 years.
For those of you who are not familiar with his name, Peter Dickson is the famous X Factor voiceover artist that makes the hair stand on the backs on our necks.
The 58-year-old TV announcer - who also works on 'Britain's Got Talent' - announced the news on Twitter earlier today.
After the best 11 years with the X Factor, it's time for me to check out and cut loose.

The news comes ahead of the show's 12th series, which has received a huge revamp following the departures of judges Louis Walsh and Mel B - who have been replaced by Rita Ora and Rick Grimshaw - and host Dermot O'Leary - who is being replaced by Olly Murs and Caroline Flack.
Other changes made to this year’s show include new 'The Xtra Factor' presenters Rochelle Humes and Melvin Odoom and a return to live auditions in front of a studio audience.
Oh but without Peter the X-Factor will never be the same again - ever.
