Just your typical night in J.J. Finan’s pub, Co. Mayo then - banjo in one corner and a world-famous British musician in the other.
Liam Gallagher flew into Knock airport this week for a few days R&R in his mother’s hometown of Charlestown.
After seeing the some of sights, he popped into Mace and reportedly bought nine bags of Tayto crisps, five bags of Galaxy Minstrels, six Wispa Golds and some shaving foam.
Standard.
He then made his way down to the local to join in on an auld seisiún - as you do.
We wonder did he ever get that seal of approval from the tea-enjoying banjo player on his left.
Don’t worry they didn’t let him go anywhere without taking the obligatory ‘Mayo for Sam’ photograph.
