'The Only Way Is Essex' has been axed from ITV2's weekend schedule.
The reality TV show will no longer be shown during the daytime on Saturdays or Sundays after viewers complained it is not suitable for young children.
Although the weekend repeat has been censored for swearing, fans believe that the suggestion of repeated bad words coupled with the sexual references in the show are too risqué for kids to watch.
So after advice from Ofcom, ITV will limit the daytime screenings of the show, which ended its current series last week, and will edit out scenes with swearing instead of beeping it out for any episode shown pre-watershed.
Lauren Goodger recently said she thinks 'TOWIE' isn't the same since she left.
The 26-year-old star is glad she quit as she feels it has become unrecognisable in recent months and the season seven storylines and cast are too boring.
Lauren said: "I'd thought about leaving for a while because it wasn't as fun as it used to be. It was definitely the right move.
"Loads of people have tweeted saying they miss me and that it's struggling since I'm not in it, which is really nice, but it's still a popular show.
"'TOWIE's really powerful thing, and I wouldn't be where I am today or have these opportunities without it, but the show has changed a lot.
"It's different but it's only the start of series seven. Maybe more stuff will go on later on. It's hard since the original cast have left."
