The one with the epic Friends reunion
Just when we thought we couldn’t love Jimmy Kimmel anymore, he reunites the women of Friends for a mini reunion on his show last night - and it was everything we hoped it would be!
*cue excited face*
Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow and Courteney Cox reprised their roles from the much loved TV sitcom in a hillarious fanfiction skit written by Mr Kimmel himself.
One of our highlights has to be when Aniston criticized the script calling the dialogue dumb, and Jimmy hilarious replies, “Is it dumber than living in a huge apartment in New York City for eight years, even though you work at a coffee shop?”
But we won't ruin it for you, you just have to see the skit for yourself.
The surprise is said to be tied to next month’s 20th anniversary of the show’s premiere.
To further commemorate the occasion, a replica of the show’s Central Perk coffee shop will pop up in Manhattan in September, serving free coffee and featuring appearances by Central Perk’s long-suffering barista Gunther - played by James Michael Tyler and photo opportunities with the iconic “Friends” couch.
Could this be the spark needed for an offical reunion?
