TV3’s brand new Saturday night entertainment show sees players earn money for doing absolutely nothing.
Hosted by the hilarious TV presenter and former Big Brother winner, Brian Dowling, Sitting on a Fortune is a formidable and funny play-along entertainment show that is guaranteed to put bums on seats!
Players earn money for sitting on their bum so the more they are sat down the more their prize fund increases. It’s a show where you really don’t want to be the last man standing.
In this episode, Brian is joined by room-mates and best friends Steve &Ger from Cork & Kilkenny, Mother and daughter duo Leanne & Amanda, and half Irish half Spanish siblings Andy and Jose.
Our Spanish brothers won Brian’s attention but who won a place in the final game to bring home their fortune?

Hammond sees a chance to redeem himself for his past mistakes and sends an expedition led by Dr. Ian Malcolm to reach the island before InGen's team can get there.
The two groups confront each other in the face of extreme danger and must team up for their own survival.

This time last year Hannah Barrett was shown the door, but whose musical dream is the latest to be scuppered in 2014? That remains to be seen, but safe to say Dermot O’Leary will be milking every moment of this weekend’s talent search.
While Sam Bailey seemed like a shoo-in for victory at this point in 2013, many are undecided who could go all the way. Not that it matters of course, because plenty of TXF losers have carved impressive careers while winners fell by the wayside within months of clinching victory.
Though the latest series feels as dated as 2009, thanks to the presence of returning judges Simon Cowell and Cheryl, at least Mel B has helped spice up the franchise. And no X Factor would be complete without Louis Walsh, the man with more prime time Saturday night staying power than a battery-driven bunny.

Less blood-soaked and better scripted than the year’s other swords-and-sandals saga 300: Rise of an Empire (but sadly without the brilliant Eva Green), this is still a full-blooded family adventure, with a great cast, including Jack Donnelly, Mark Addy, Juliet Stevenson and Vincent Regan.
Based on Matt Bondurant’s true-to-life novel The Wettest County In The World, it centres on three brothers who run an underground bootlegging operation in Depression-era Virginia.
However, as their criminal activities become increasingly successful, a corrupt deputy sheriff demands a cut of the profits, forcing them to fight to defend their livelihood.
Less bleak than The Road, director John Hillcoat’s drama is a fine slice of escapism with a great cast. No classic, but worth a look.
Keen to secure Shia LeBeouf’s services, Hillcoat took him to a burger diner and said, “Let’s make Goodfellas in the woods.” LaBeouf jumped at the chance.
Shia even helped get Tom Hardy on board after sending him Bondurant’s novel and Cave’s screenplay. He loved them both.
However, the movie suffered two years of setbacks and near-starts before hitting the big screen in the summer of 2012.
Look out for a performance from Dane DeHaan, these days better known as The Green Goblin in Spider-Man.
