Charlie Sheen's ex-wife has won her lawsuit against a rehab facility.
Brooke Mueller has received a settlement for approximately $250,000 after she filed a legal action against The Canyons treatment facility in Malibu, California, claiming they had breached her confidentiality.
The 35-year-old socialite sued the clinic after someone there allegedly leaked private information about her while she was staying there in February, 2010, including her admissions documents, which gave details about the nature of her addiction and treatment.
Brooke - who shares three-year-old twins Bob and Max with her 'Anger Management' star ex - agreed to settle the case after the rehab clinic agreed to pay her the huge sum, according to gossip website TMZ.com.
Brooke left her latest six-day stint in a different rehab centre two weeks ago where she was undergoing her 19th attempt at beating drug addiction.
Last June, Charlie, 47, urged Brooke to check herself into rehab after he became concerned about her when she reportedly appeared "out of it" during a visit to his home.
A source close to Brooke said at the time, she "partied for four days straight ... and ultimately fell off the wagon".
The insider added: "Brooke's family is hoping that she finally understands the consequences of her actions. That is, she risks losing all of her rights to the children if she doesn't get clean - once and for all."
