Limerick actress Ruth Negga exploded onto our screens back in 2010, playing Rosie in a little series called Love/Hate.
Since then the Limerick native has been rubbing shoulders with the big names in Hollywood.

This year she has been tipped as a frontrunner for the Best Actress Oscar for her film Loving, a film addressing the subject of illegal interracial marriage in the 1950s.
Negga plays Mildred Jeter, a woman who had to fight for her right to be married to her white husband Richard Loving.
The powerful film has already been a hit having received a standing ovation at its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival this year and opened the Austin Film Festival.
And if that’s not enough, today she does us proud by landing the cover of Vogue's January issue.

The actress also invited the iconic fashion magazine staff around the pub for a few pints of the black stuff.
Loving is set to hit Irish cinemas in February.
