Li-Lo morto after credit card rejected

Lindsay Lohan's credit card has been declined.

The 'Mean Girls' star was left embarrassed when her card was rejected as she tried to pay $2,500 for her table and bottles of vodka at 10ak nightclub in Southampton on Saturday night.

A source told the New York Post's Page Six gossip column: "Lindsay freaked out when her card was declined. Her friends and others in her group had to chip in to cover the bill."

Lindsay - who is set to make her West End debut in David Mamet's 'Speed-the-Plow' on September 24 - completed her sixth stint in rehab last summer and recently insisted that her partying days were over.

She said: "I'm at a place in my life where I like the commitment. I'm looking forward to that part of it."

The 28-year-old actress is even believed to have visited New York last week to "re-establish" contact with her sobriety circle in an attempt to "clear her head" away from London.

A source told RadarOnline.com: "Lindsay was making every effort to re-establish contact with her sober group of friends this weekend while she was in New York.

"She needed to get away and clear her head, but now she is trying to get back on track. Reconnecting with people in her life that are positive influences is a huge step in the right direction."
