Jamie Dornan reads lines from Fifty Shades Of Grey in Cork accent

The most anticipated movie of the year is finally upon us as E.L. James’ erotic novel Fifty Shades of Grey opens in cinemas nationwide this Valentine's weekend.

In honour of the movie’s release, Mr Grey himself Jamie Dornan appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon where he took part in a game dubbed Fifty Accents of Grey.

The chat show host challenged Dornan to read lines from the famous novel in a variety of different accents.

The star attempted, “I don’t remember reading about nipple clamps in the Bible” in a Scottish accent and the line “From a very tiny, underused part of my brain - probably located at the base of my medulla oblongata near where my subconscious dwells - comes the thought: He’s here to see you,” in the famous Cork accent.

Now, we’ll give him props for trying, but we think there is a lot more to the Cork accent than the Belfast native portrayed.

“Isn’t that right Boooiii?”

Fallon then followed it up with "I thought it was chocolate hot fudge brownie sex that we had, with a cherry on top. But what do I know?" in a very impressive Russian accent.
