Holly Hagan is expecting to put on "at least" half a stone while shooting 'Geordie Shore'.

The 22-year-old reality star has gone from a size 16 to a size 8 through diet and exercise but knows she'll have to relax her strict regime for the show as staying sober doesn't make for good TV.

She said: "I've cut down on alcohol - when I'm not in the 'Geordie Shore' house. I don't drink much at all...

"When we go back in [the house], we're drinking for six weeks at a time and we know we'll put on at least half a stone.

"And when you've worked really hard on your diet, that does get to you. But if you don't drink, you probably won't last very long on the show."

One person who won't mind if she puts on weight is her boyfriend and co-star Kyle Christie as he only cares about her happiness.

Holly told Closer magazine: "Kyle isn't bothered what weight I am – as long as I'm happy, he's happy.

"But we eat healthily together as he's also on a diet.

"I'm now really happy and healthy - I've come a long way."
