Flack set for Strictly spot

Sarah-Jane Crawford has revealed that Caroline Flack will appear on this year's 'Strictly Come Dancing'.

The raven-haired beauty - who took over as presenter of 'The Xtra Factor' from Caroline this year - tweeted a message of support to her friend for the dance competition, which will begin on September 7, breaking the confidentiality agreement contestants have with the BBC1 show to keep their participation in the contest under wraps.

Sarah-Jane wrote on the social networking site yesterday: "Lovely catching up with @carolineflack1 this AM, drinks soon twinkle toes? Now smash Strictly #girlpower."

Although she soon realised her error and quickly deleted the post, replacing it with: "Lovely catching up with @carolineflack1 this AM who wished me luck for Sat... Drinks soon please."

Despite 'X Factor' boss Simon Cowell replacing Caroline 34, with Sarah-Jane, 29, there is no bad blood between the pals, although Sarah-Jane insists she will bring "way more banter" and music knowledge to the series than its former presenter.

She explained: "I've got the opportunity to bounce off the new judges and this year there'll be more music credibility, we all really know our stuff."
