Café Luminere's attention to detail makes for a delicious film

A finely-worked tribute to Japanese moviemaker, Yasujiro Ozu.
This film pays attention to the themes of generational relationships, marriage, the little moments of life, train journeys, long silences and casual, meaningless talk.
Doesn't sound terribly exciting and yet it's a detailed, richly observant film full of wonderful characters.
