Halle Berry hopes to continue working throughout her pregnancy.
The 46-year-old actress - who recently admitted that finding out she is expecting her second child was the "biggest surprise" she ever received - is more relaxed this time round and is also eager to maintain her busy schedule after her baby arrives.
'The Call' star told E! News: "Well, one thing is for sure: I better keep working! With another baby on the way, Mama cannot take time off!
"I think that when I had my first child, my daughter, I took off a good four years because it was something new to me. It was my first time, it was something I tried really hard to do...This time, when I have the baby, I'll keep walking!"
Halle, who is engaged to French actor Olivier Martinez and has a five-year-old daughter Nahla with her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, also revealed that being a mother hasn't affected the kind of movie roles she gravitates towards.
"I don't think being a mother now should affect my choices as an artist. There are a certain things I do that my kids should not see," she said.
"I don't think being a mom now makes me only wanna do Disney movies and not do great R-rated films. Those are things they are gonna see in a proper time in life."
The actress, who is rumoured to be having a baby boy, previously admitted she is thrilled to be pregnant again even though it came as a shock.
"I feel fantastic. This has been the biggest surprise of my life to tell you the truth," she said.
"I thought I was kind of past the point where this could be a reality for me. So it's been a big surprise and the most wonderful."
