James Corden has become a father for the second time.
The comedian's wife Julia gave birth to their first daughter on Monday and both mother and baby - who has been named Carey after her mum's maiden name - were said to be doing well last night, reports The Sun newspaper.
James, 36 - who also has son Max, three, with Julia - confessed that parenthood has changed his outlook on life, saying: "It has given me a sense of clarity".
The 'A League of Their Own' host - who lost 5st after Max was born - tied the knot with charity worker Julia in 2012 and earlier this year revealed his "best times" were weekends away with his family.
James also admitted that he gave his firstborn child the middle name McCartney as a bribe to The Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney to appear in a Comic Relief sketch.
Speaking previously about how Sir Paul had accused him of "grovelling" after they met, he explained: "I then said, 'That's nothing - if you'd said no, I was going to say I would name my unborn child after you'. To which he said, 'If you promise to do that, I'll do the sketch'."
